Mozart Park

Chicago Kaleidoscopes meets at Mozart Park, which is part of the Chicago Park District. Part of the class sessions happen en plein air, and part of the sessions happen in the multipurpose room (in the fieldhouse). Did you know that Chicago’s motto is “Urbs in Horto,” which is a Latin phrase for “City in a Garden”? We’re grateful that Mozart Park is providing us with space for this program…all kinds of other activities are happening at the park this summer, including a summer camp for kids, sports programs, and other stuff.

Part of Chicago Kaleidoscopes also involves field trips to SRBCC, Fermilab, the Chicago Cultural Center and Chicago Public Library — but the “home base” of our summer program is Mozart Park!
